Terms of Use

Version 2.4 Last Updated: August 2026 Effective for all Brava Creator Lab & GoNano users

1 Acceptance of Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer", or "You") and Brava Creator Lab ("BravaLab", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing or using our websites (including gonano.bravalab.online and associated subdomains), purchasing, activating access, or downloading digital toolkits, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an agency, company, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2 Products & Digital Services Ecosystem

Brava Creator Lab provides specialized commercial software platforms, editable digital architecture, educational frameworks, and business toolkits designed for software builders, freelancers, and digital agencies, including but not limited to:

  • GoNano Platform: Hosted interactive builder environment, visual customization controls, software pricing calculator, client proposal generators, and application export tools.
  • Client Finder Kit: Digital prospecting frameworks, market opportunity maps, conversation scripts, outreach sequences, and lead tracker spreadsheets.
  • Agency Kit: Digital commercial delivery blueprints, scoping agreements, revision systems, quality assurance protocols, launch checksheets, and client handoff agreements.
  • Future Ecosystem Offerings: Companion commercial modules (such as Sellable and Money Rocket) subject to their respective terms upon availability.

3 GoNano Platform Access & Terms

Purchasing GoNano grants a single-user commercial license with twelve (12) months of active platform access starting from the timestamp of payment fulfillment. During your active access term, you have access to the hosted builder, available template architectures, and project export utilities.

Customer Project Ownership: Any application projects, client builds, and source outputs exported by you during your active GoNano access remain your property to retain, host, and operate perpetually, subject to underlying third-party open-source components. Brava Creator Lab does not claim ownership over customer-created project deliverables.

Continued access to the hosted GoNano application, new template updates, and online builder services after the initial 12-month period requires maintaining an active access subscription or renewal at the prevailing terms.

4 Digital Toolkit Licensing (Client Finder & Agency Kit)

Digital toolkits (including Client Finder Kit and Agency Kit) are delivered as personalized, immutable digital packages stamped with a unique customer license serial number (e.g., BL-CFK-XXXXXX, BL-AGK-XXXXXX) and verified certificate:

  • Grant of License: You receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, single-purchaser commercial-use license to utilize the methodologies, spreadsheets, manuals, contracts, and scripts in your internal business and client engagements.
  • Prohibited Distribution: You may NOT resell, redistribute, sub-license, share, upload to public repositories, or bundle the original Brava Creator Lab source manuals, templates, or toolkits as standalone products or competing commercial assets.
  • Client Deliverables: You are explicitly authorized to use customized agreement templates and proposal outputs for direct client transactions.

5 Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Brava Creator Lab products, software engines, design systems, algorithms, documentation, trademarks, and logos remain the exclusive property of BravaLab.

Except for the limited license rights expressly granted herein, no other rights, titles, or interests in BravaLab materials are transferred to you.

6 Account Security & Authorized Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login magic links, license tokens, and download packages. You agree to notify Brava Creator Lab immediately at access@bravalab.online if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or license serials.

7 Third-Party Services & Integrations

Our platforms and guides may interact with, reference, or provide deployment pathways for third-party services, including payment processors (Stripe), web hosting providers (Hostinger, Vercel, Netlify, etc.), domain registrars, and cloud APIs. Brava Creator Lab does not control and is not liable for third-party uptime, fee structures, policies, or service terms.

8 Purchases, Pricing & Taxes

All transactions are securely processed through Stripe. The final price displayed on the Stripe Checkout page represents the authoritative transaction amount, accounting for selected base products, optional add-ons, itemized discounts, and applicable taxes. Customers are responsible for any applicable local taxes, VAT, or duties where mandated by law.

9 No Commercial Guarantee

Brava Creator Lab provides robust commercial tools, verified technical architectures, and professional frameworks. However, individual commercial results, client acquisitions, project fees, and business revenue depend on market conditions, personal execution, service quality, and economic variables. BravaLab makes no express or implied warranty of guaranteed income or sales results.

10 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from hosted proprietary platform services, except where prohibited by applicable law.
  • Circumvent, tamper with, or forge license verification serials, digital document stamps, or authentication tokens.
  • Utilize the platform or toolkits for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful commercial activities.
  • Share or publish private download URLs or multi-user access credentials outside authorized licensing boundaries.

11 Suspension & Termination

Brava Creator Lab reserves the right to suspend or terminate platform access or revoke digital serial validation in the event of verified fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized redistribution, or deliberate violation of these Terms.

12 Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect product evolutions, regulatory adjustments, or operational improvements. Revised terms become effective upon publication with an updated effective date. Continued use of products constitutes acceptance.

13 Governing Law & Inquiries

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws governing digital commerce, without prejudice to statutory mandatory consumer protection rights. For any inquiries regarding these Terms, contact our legal operations desk at access@bravalab.online.
