Brava Creator Lab ("BravaLab", "We", "Us", or "Our") delivers digital software products, downloadable toolkits, editable templates, and online platform access (including GoNano, Client Finder Kit, and Agency Kit). Unlike physical tangible goods, digital products cannot be physically "returned" once delivered.
Upon successful payment confirmation through Stripe, our automated fulfillment engine instantly:
- Provisions and activates your 12-month GoNano platform access;
- Allocates a sequential, non-reusable customer license serial (e.g.,
GN-EN-...,BL-CFK-...,BL-AGK-...); - Dynamically stamps downloadable PDF manuals and documents with your official license serial and certificate identification; and
- Dispatches instant secure delivery links to your designated account email.
2 General Policy for Delivered Digital Assets
Because digital assets and personalized license files are delivered and accessible immediately upon transaction completion, sales of successfully delivered and accessed digital products are generally final to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3 Situations Eligible for Review & Refund
We provide full resolution, replacement, or refund review in the following verified circumstances:

4 Secure Download Link Expiration Notice
For security, fraud prevention, and server integrity, individual direct download URLs generated in fulfillment emails expire after fifteen (15) days. The expiration of a temporary delivery link does not revoke your underlying perpetual license to the purchased toolkit. If your link has expired, simply contact support to receive refreshed delivery links at no additional charge.
5 Promotional Pricing & Calculation Basis
Any approved refund or adjustment is calculated strictly on the actual net amount paid through Stripe (accounting for active promotional codes, launch discounts, or test coupons), rather than the pre-discount nominal catalog list price.
